VR2 – Vintage Rock Radio showcases the greatest years in radio from 1965 to 1985 by recycling the world’s best music-- on the world’s best medium-- radio, the original wireless. Mike Yunis and Chris Krause are your hosts featuring a time when radio was king and vinyl records filled the airwaves with popular recordings coined as “hits”. Mike and Chris offer a fresh compelling on-air chemistry that sparks insightful quips while presenting a fun unique mix of musical genres. Each week Mike and Chris recycle dozens of radio’s greatest hits ranging from rock and pop to soul and disco. The show's ending is as irresistible as the entire program, always closing with a classic song about “Peace” engaging the audience and delivering the message VR2-Peace 2U.
