Director's Cut

The Directors Cut is a national radio program and podcast from Albuquerque hosted by Dan Gutierrez, a member of the Broadcast Film Critics Association. Each week, he and Kristin Elliott, watch the latest movie releases and discuss them with their listeners. The show originally began in 2005 as a weekend radio program on KAGM, a now defunct Albuquerque FM talk station. Shortly after, the show was picked up by KWSS in Phoenix and several other stations followed suit. The Directors Cut is heard nationally and continues to pick up affiliates for its daily and weekly programming. With a large number of broadcasting affiliates, and thousands of weekly subscribers downloading the podcast, The Directors Cut is gaining traction with movie fans.
